Description
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church was built in 1950 and is located at the corner of 19th Street and Garfield. One block to the north is the University of Wyoming, while two blocks to the south is Laramie's largest city park, Washington Park.


The beautiful sanctuary seats 150 people on the main floor and an additional 30 seats in the loft. There is an attached parsonage, which has since been converted to offices and meeting rooms. The church has a full basement that includes a large meeting area, a full kitchen, two restrooms, janitor's closet, mechanical room and supply room. The large meeting room is currently used for Sunday school, congregational meals and large group meetings.


Current zoning is R-3 multifamily which provides many uses in addition to a church.
